Noise Stick/Maker

What you need: An old broomstick(Ask for permission before use!)
Toy gun caps
and.. DUCT TAPE!

Step 1: Toy Cap on Tape

Put cap on tape, yep that simple

This is also VERY loud for pets, i scared the crap out of my dog and he did NOT like it, so take that into consideration
And if you live with very irritable people, i would suggest using this in a far away place xP
Also dont do this inside

Step 2: Finished!

Now just tape the cap to the broom stick, and VOILA! You have a very loud noise making stick
