Introduction: Oatmeal, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip Cookies

A twist on the famous Quaker Oats "Vanishing Oatmeal Raisin Cookies", these cookies are welcome to any party!

Ingredients
-1/2 cup plus 6 tablespoons butter softened
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
-1/2 cup granulated sugar
-2 eggs
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-1 teaspoon cinnamon
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-3 cups Quaker Oats. (Quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
-1 cup chocolate chips
-1 cup peanut butter chips
-1 cup shredded & sweetened coconut

Step 1: Mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars on medium speed of electric mixer until creamy.

Step 2: Beat

Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.

Step 3: Add

Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; mix well.

Step 4: Lastly

Add oats, chocolate chips, peanut butter, and coconut; mix well.

Step 5: Bake

Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to wire racks.
