Large Candy sticks/ wooden skewers/ cake pop sticks

Baking utensils

circular cookie cutter

Step 1: The Pizza Base

Start your your oven on the preheat mode at 180C.

Spread the baking sheet on the tray.

Spread the slices of bread on the tray and cut out a circular form with the cookie cutter. Remove the leftover bread form the circles.

See that you cut out even number of slices.

Step 2:

Divide the circular slices into 2 portions.

1st Portion of slices: put a spoonful of grated cheese in the center of each slice.

Cover each cheesed slice with a circle from the slices of the 2nd portion.

This gives you round cheese sandwiches.

Step 3: Spreading the Sauce

On top of each sandwich spread a spoonful of pasta sauce.

Again sprinkle a spoonful of cheese all across the sandwich top.

If you have opted for extra toppings these come in now.

Step 4: Baking

In the meanwhile the oven is probably hot, if so then push the tray in to bake at 180C for around 10 mins or so.

Step 5: Cooling

Once baked get the tray out and let them cool.

As soon as the pizzas have cooled or theater a lukewarm temperature poke a stick between the breads- the cheese functions like cement holding the stick and the breads in place.

These you can either arrange vertically in a tall glass or spread in semi circles on the plate.

Pizza Lolly ready!!!

(Tips: 1. in case you use wooden skewers please break off the pointy ends, it can be very dangerous

2. Do not throw away the leftover bread use it to make a yummy bread pudding. )
