Puff Stitch Crochet Flowers

A puff mat formed with stitching crocheted flowers together.

Step 1: What You Need

• Three diffrent colours of Woollen thread
• Crochet hook
• Scissors
• Sewing needle and thread

Step 2: How to Start?

• First we have to make four chains with the help of crochet needle
• After the fourth chain insert the needle into the first chain to form a loop
• Round 1, chain 1, work 12 chains into loop
• Finished flower has a diameter of about 2"

Step 3: Petal Formation

• Change the color for round 2 - stitch into first chain, chain 3
• Yarn over, insert hook into the same stitch, yarn over and pull up a loop as tall as you begin chain 3 (long loop formed)
• Yarn over, insert hook into same stitch, yarn over and pull up a long loop 2 times., Repeat steps (Yarn over, insert hook into same stitch, yarn over and pull up a long loop 2 times)
• Lastly, Yarn over and pull through all loops on hook. (one petal formed)

Step 4: Making Single Flower

• Repeat steps four more times.
• Chain 3, yarn over, insert hook into next stitch, yarn over and pull up a long loop, (yarn over, insert hook into same stitch, yarn over and pull up a long loop) 2 times, yarn over, insert hook into next stitch, yarn over and pull up a long loop, (yarn over, insert hook into same stitch, yarn over and pull up a long loop) 2 times. Yarn over and pull through all loops on hook.
• Fasten off and weave in ends.

Step 5: Stitch All Flowers Together

• Join all the flowers by hand-stitching
• stitch flowers from middile and also the sides of the flowers with white thread
• Puff stitch Crochet Flower is ready
