Purdue Network Drive for Mac

These are instructions to add the Purdue home drive to your Mac.

For Mac OSX (10.5 or above)

Step 1: Select "Go"

Step 2: Select "Connect to Server..."

Step 3: Enter Server Address

Type "smb://myhome.itap.purdue.edu/myhome/username" on Server Address

then press connect

Step 4: Enter Your Credential

Connect as "Registered User"

Name is your Purdue Career account ID

Password is your Purdue career account password

You can select "Remember this password in my keychain"

Note: When you update your Purdue Career account password, you will need to delete your saved password from your keychain on your mac

When you think you have all the correct credentials entered, press connect.

Step 5: Voila

You now have an access to Purdue's network drive on your personal account
