This is a fun and easy wreath!

Step 1: Stuff You Need

Wire wreath structure
Empty plastic bottles
Sparkly spray paint
1 yard blue fabric
Safety pins
Pine cones
Ribbon
Wire
Stretchy ribbon (in picture)

Step 2: Put Together

Cut the bottles in half. After that you will need to cut them in to strip with out detaching them. Now spray paint the bottles with sparkly spray paint. After that put them pine cones in the middle of the plastic bottles with wire. You will then attach them fabric to your to be wreath with safety pins. Your finally step is to put the bottles and pine cones on the fabric with wire and you have a awesome wreath!! :)
