Introduction: Smooth Cream Cheese Tart

А delicious recipe to create a smooth cream cheese tart. It's great for anytime, but it's especially gorgeous when it's hot outside and you need something to melt away in your mouth. With cherries and nuts as a bonus it's even more amazing. Besides the delicious texture, taste and sweetness it's really simple to make. So what's holding you back? Dive in!

Step 1: Gather All the Goodies...

You'll need:

  • 2 3/4 Cups Sugar
  • 250g Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 500g Smooth Cream Cheese
  • 1 Packet of Tennis Cookies (Sorry, there's two on the picture.)
  • Two Slabs of Nut Chocolates

Optional:

  • Some Nuts
  • A Few Cherries

Step 2: Do Some Chopping.

If you are going to add the nuts and cherries, then it's time to chop them up.

Step 3: Cream the Butter and Sugar.

Cream the butter and sugar in a mixer.

Tip: Cut the butter into smaller pieces before mixing it. It'll just go easier on the mixer.

Step 4: Add the Eggs.

As simple as it sounds, just add the eggs and mix it again.

Step 5: Now for the Cream Cheese.

Add the cream cheese and mix it in.

Step 6: Add the Optionals.

Now you can add the all the optional stuff you want to and mix it another time.

Step 7: Pack the Cookies.

Pack the cookies in a tray of some sort. You can break the cookies in half if they don't fit well.

Step 8: Add the Mixture to the Tray.

Just pour the mixture to the tray.

Step 9: Freeze It.

Put the tray into the freeze and freeze it.

Step 10: Melt the Chocolate.

After your tart is frozen, break the chocolate into pieces and melt it on normal heat on the stove. add some milk as you go.

Step 11: Spread It Over.

Spread the gooey melted chocolate over your tart and put it back into the freeze.

Step 12: Enjoy!

After the chocolate has also become hard again you can enjoy your delicious smooth cream cheese tart!

Step 13: Wrap It and Keep It Frozen.

Wrap it or cover it with something. Remember to keep frozen.
