This is a Fault in Our Stars sign (The Fault in Our Stars is a novel by John Green) built in a PE world in Minecraft. I built this completely out of black, white, and cyan wool. It took me about 10-15 minutes to create.

Step 1: 1. Build Your Bottom Cloud

Build your bottom cloud first because it's easier to stack another cloud on top. Don't bother with letters at the moment you'll fill those in later. This cloud should be completely white. The cloud "puffs" I made by sticking out 2 blocks, skip 2 blocks, sticking out 2 blocks and so on. If it doesn't end up even try a different pattern.

Step 2: 2. Build Your Top Cloud

Fit this cloud in like a puzzle piece on top of the first one. This cloud should be white, and still wait before you add in your letters. Make the top cloud the same size as the bottom cloud so they'll stick together and so the same pattern with the cloud "puffs" again.

Step 3: 3. Finally! Letter Adding Time!

For this step start on the top cloud, although it doesn't make that much of a difference. All your letters should be capitalized. Make your O look like a small nether portal, Your K one straight line with two diagonal lines emerging from the center of the straight line (If that even makes sense!), Your A should a small rectangle with no bottom side and missing corners and a line across it. Your Y should be a straight line with 2 more lines heading in opposite directions.

Step 4: 4. Add Your Cyan Wool- or Don't

For the final step add cyan wool all around the clouds then connecting it until it's all one big rectangle shape. It should hopefully look like some of the TFIOS merchandise!
