The tennis ball is inconspicuous in any setting of the house so why not store valuables in it. In this instructable I will show you how to very easily turn a regular tennis ball into a secret safe.

Step 1: Supplies

You will need: a old or new tennis ball, a very sharp knife, and a tennis ball case (optional)

Step 2: Cutting the Ball

With your sharp knife and tennis ball take the knife and push it into any where on the tennis ball (except on the label). If it is hard push down on a hard surface such as a strong table or the floor. I suggest making the cut 1.5' or 2' long PLEASE BE CAREFUL IT IS REALLY EASY TO SLIP AND CUT YOUR SELF.

Step 3: Putting in Goods

To put in valuables or things you want hidden is really easy as long as it can fit inside of a tennis ball for paper money I have found easiest folding it and then shoving it in. To put larger items in you can squeeze either side of the cut and put it in.

Step 4: Disguising

When you have every thing you want in your safe then close up the cut by squeezing the other two sides of the cut. After that it looks like a normal tennis ball. Then you can simply set it on a shelf or put it in a can of tennis balls but be careful that nobody picks up that tennis ball.
