Tetrix Arduino Pinball Robot

Pinball machine with Radio Controlled flippers and Arduino controlled LED's triggered by a Grove Ultrasonic sensor aimed at the bumper pins

Step 1: Chassis and Frame Parts

Step 2: Chassis Build

Construct frame, legs, feet, and run servo wires through the channels.

Step 3: Table Support Parts

Table support parts:

· 4 Quick Rivets

· 12 Wing nuts

· 1 Max kep screws

· 9 Max motor screws

· 5 Anchor blocks

· 1 5 Hole linkages

· 2 15 Hole linkages

· 4 7 Hole beams

· 2 6 Hole beams

· 1 4 Hole beam

· 2 15 Hole beams

· 2 T Connectors

Step 4: Construct Table Supports

Install support beams, anchor blocks, and linkages.

Step 5: Table Parts

Table parts:

· 6 6X6 Hole plates

· 2 2x6 Hole plates

· 4 Thumbscrews

· 6 Wing nuts

· 6 Max kep screws

· 2 8 Hole linkages ( bent at hole 2)

Step 6: Game Table

Install plates, and use bumper pins to capture plates.

Step 7: Flipper Parts

Flipper parts:

· 1 5 Hole beam

· 6 Bushings

· 2 Anchor blocks

· 2 Shaft collars

· 2 Max motor shaft hubs

· 4 80mm Axles

· 2 Thumbscrews

· 2 Max motor mount bolts

· 2 80 tooth gears

· 2 40 tooth gears

Step 8: Flipper Gearing

Install flipper arms, anchor blocks, 80mm axles, and servos. Make sure to center the servos before installation.

Step 9: Scoreboard

Pre-assemble the Scoreboard parts and gather the LED'S, cables, and mount clips.

Step 10: Install Scoreboard

Install Scoreboard, Ultrasonic sensor, LED'S, and 3D printed game plate.

Step 11: Arduino Parts

Arduino parts:

· 1 Battery

· 1 Arduino kit

· 1 13 Hole beam

· 10 Thumbscrews

· 5 Straight block connectors

· 2 Wing nuts

Step 12: Install Arduino

Fasten mount clips, install and connect Arduino.
