The Illusion Triangle

This piece of op-art is easier than it looks, and is a great way to impress your friends or play tricks on your mind. You can do this by hand, or online, they are the same technique. Enjoy!

Step 1: Step 1. Gather the Materials!

If you are doing this by hand . .

1. Ruler

2. Pencil or Pen

3. Paper

4. Eraser (Just in case)

Online . . .

1. Your device

2. A drawing program (I am using paint)

Step 2: Step 2. Start Off!

To start of draw a equilateral or isosceles triangle (all sides the same length or two sides the same length).

Step 3: Step 3. Draw the Line

Now, you will draw a line from the bottom left corner, slanted a little bit upward next to the top corner like so. Make sure your line is very close to the side of the triangle.

Step 4: Step 4. Line Again!

Next, draw a line from the corner of Line 1. and the side, slanted downwards.

Step 5: Step 5. Another Line!

Now draw a line from the corner you just created slanted upwards a bit!

Step 6: Step 6. Repeat!

Repeat these 3 steps until your triangle is complete and looks something like this! You are done!
