Katy Perry Cupcake Costume

my daughter wanted to be katy perry for Halloween!

Step 1: Gathering Up!

4 the cupcakes
plastic glasses
styrofoam balls
acrylic paint
joint compound
cardboard paper

4 the cupcake stand

cardboard boxes
tape
paper
glue
white fabric

Step 2: Fake Cupcakes.

1st I started cutting the plastic glasses
and the styrofoam balls. I glued them together.
2nd I added different colors of acrylic paint with joint compound and started decorating my cupcakes however i wanted to and left them drying for 3 days

Step 3: Cupcake Stand "skirt"

I started cutting the cardboard boxes into a cupcake stand. than I had my daughter mixing glue with water and adding newsletter paper with the mixed so the cardboard would get real hard and won't break. left it drying for around 1 day each coat I made 3 coats.

Step 4: The Shirt and Skirt

I started sewing the shirt and decorated as well I covered the cupcake stand with white fabric

Step 5: Everything Together

I made a dress I sew the shirt to the skirt so my daughter could fit and the skirt won't fall from the shirt
