I used Autodesk Fusion 360, I recommend checking it out, very easy to pickup and more than adequate for similar projects.

Hi, thank you for taking interest in my design. Since I'm making this particular watch for a specific commemorative purpose, the design files cannot be shared.However, it's a lot simpler to make than it seems, just take your time carefully measuring and modeling it.Fusion's one of the most user friendly and easy-to-pickup CAD programs I've worked with, and I wholeheartedly suggest you give modeling it a try.

Thank you for your kind words. I'd setup the CAM operation so that the outer contour passes wouldn't cut it free from the surrounding stock (Step 20 shows this part clearly, you can see the tabs connecting each lug)That way, I can use the outer stock for both 2 pin registration, and for work holding with hold downs, allowing me easy access to machine both sides.
