Thank you for all your advice, I didn't analyse it through, but for it these are still concept, so I thought given the ideas, something can be adjusted. For the big wheel chair, I did think of the rolling/ getting dirty issue, but again, I thought these could easily be solved at the next stage, but thanks for pointing that out. And NASchair thing is something that I haven't heard of, I missed out the human issues, will keep it in mind. I'm actually a 3rd year mechanical engineering student about to pick my FYP in robotics area and a masters followed after my 3rd year. Thank you again for your detailed suggestions.
What old cartoon? how old?, I'm just 21, and my idea/ thought process originated from automated rubbish bin that collect rubbish on its own when called upon with specific destination, then developed to having the right number of arms and legs(3 each) and then I thought it could be designed to sort of embedded to the body but eventually developed it to a larger dimension that I originally intended.
I was looking for perhaps odour sensing, or brain activity sensing, which requires some advanced technology, both hardware and software and possibly some more sophisticated Bio-Physics theories

I would imagine it to have a stepper motor connected to a long screw, so the fingers and the wrist could screw its way down with high precision, another idea would be to use a soft robotics elephant trunk design so when the full arm reaches its limit, it could extend further from the end of the wrist like a snake crawling down a tree. But this would make it harder to make in both solidworks and real life. Thank you for your compliment!
