Nice Mats :-) It is not so easy to find stuff that will fit inside the Bäve. I trust you have no heating issue, otherwise you could perhaps stack a few N3009. BTW: what an impressive collection of projects you have made - kudos!
Hi Werner. You could probably attach an 433Mhz transmitter (needs to be paired with the G5) to an Arduino. The Arduino can then be hooked up with IFTTT or openHAB or something similar.
Nice solution. It makes a lot of sense to use off-the-shelf components instead of what I did (though I did enjoy playing with the Arduino, FETs and stuff :-)

My PCB version is not the same as Edgar62 has. I did not locate any serial port my PCB. I am not doing any detection of devices - just the main state. I do not expect to do more work on this alarm.
Nice, but I do not believe my alarm has any serial port. Can you provide some guidance?
Sorry for the late reply, but I am pretty sure Instructables never send me a notification :-(. My Bäve may be an older model than yours. I had it laying around for more than a year, before I got around to designing the circuitry. I believe mine was pretty stable around 12V, also without any load. Good luck with the dimmer - it looks pretty neat
