it looks like you managed to make a length of rope about 2-3 feet long using your machine on that table. If you wanted to make a longer rope using this device in the same amount of space is that possible, or would your ends of the machine simply need to be farther apart?

I honestly have no idea. I have not used a glass bed at all. I use the standard magnetic bed that comes with the printer.

This is a brilliant designbefore my grandfather passed away, my father would write him braille letters using a manual stylus making each pip by hand. it was very time consuming. This will make writing in braille so much quickerI just want to make sure i am correct on this. in order to use this tool you are "writing" on the back side of the paper and you have to write backwards from right to left on the page so that when you flip it over the bumps can be felt and the letter are in the correct order.did i get that right?

I haven't used creality slicer, I use cura. In cura is an option called "build plate adhesion" and it has the options none, skirt, rim, and raft. What you are describing sounds like a raft. There should be a similar setting in the slicer you are using.

You can change the nozzle and bed temperature in your slicing program

It sounds like your issue is more widespread than just your room. Unless your landlord is willing to treat the building you will continue to have issues. The bugs will be attracted to the heat of the light so the more you have it on the better it works. You shouldn't have to change the water everyday. But at least twice a week is a good idea.
- Lorddrake commented on Lorddrake's instructable Get Rid of Fleas While You SleepView Instructable »
You can use any type of soap, it is easiest to use the liquid soap. The reason you add the soap to the water is that the soap reduces the surface tension of the water making it harder for the bugs to stay afloat.Try moving the set up closer to where your dog normally sleeps.Yes, fleas are visible to human eyes. You do not need much soap, just enough to make the water slightly bubbly.

I'm glad this IBLE helped you out. Sorry to hear you got a bum build plate. The glass plate should be a nice upgrade.. I am still using the stock build plate for now but eventually I plan to upgrade

Any open weave cloth should work fine if you are just placing it into a container that will be still. If the satchel will be moving around a lot the liter might fall out through the loose weave of the cloth.

Once I got my bed leveled I have not had to make any major adjustments to it since (no everyone is that lucky from what I have read)If I have not used the printer in a few days I will run a bed test before starting a new project to make sure nothing is out of whack (you never know with is going to get tampered with 3 kids in the house lol) Did your part come loose from the bed, or did your print just start making a stringy mess?
View Instructable »usually when i have had issues with bed adhesion it has been one of two things:either the part I was trying to print did not have enough surface contact with the bed and got bumped off orthe bed temp was too low and the part did not stick wellbrims or rafts solve the first problem, upping the bed temp solved the second (these days i usually run at a bed temp of 60 degrees Celsius for printing in PLA)

The wheels do not weigh that much so you can just bungie them on top of your kayak. And if you seal the tubes properly then the whole assembly is watertight and it will float if you drop it
- Lorddrake commented on Lorddrake's instructable Ender 3 Pro: Initial Setup and Recommended Prints
it looks like your front left corner needs to be moved up very slightly. it is better to make small adjustments and get it dialed in right than to make a large adjustment and have your nozzle gouge the bed liner.

if you dont have a gooseneck lampthat is flexible enough to fit, you can set the trap near the bed instead of under it. the light and heat will attract the fleas

It looks like you have enough space between the pegs so that isn't the issue ... have you tried adjusting the angle of the board (I found changing the angle made the chips behave very differently)Looking at that one picture it seems like the chip is perfectly balanced on one peg (not an easy trick lol) if it keeps happening like that at a certain area I would reshape the pegs to come to a point .. less material for the chip to balance on Let me know if that helps or we need to brainstorm more
