Hi. I have never done this with a sous vide but I searched for the internet a bit to see if I can find any useful info. I found the procedure for making other infused oils such as rosemary and sage in a sous vide. I believe it should be the same for jiaogulan. This is the procedure I found: "Combine both ingredients (olive oil and leaves) in a Sous-Vide bag and vacuum seal. Place in a water bath for 30 minutes at 64° Celsius. After that, strain and bring infused oil to room temperature. Once it has cool down, pour infused oil into a glass jar". Hope this will be helpful.
