Great job! The cog is probably the hardest enemy to get right. I only had access to the small needs that came with my vertical blinds, but would like to design a universal cog. Not sure if that’s possible. Also working on v3 of this device that will be powered by a NEMA14 stepper motor that is 5x more power full that the one used in this example. The marble filament is my new favourite. It does a great job in masking the layer lines.
