I noticed the drawing you have on display- there is a missing element on the southern sphere according to this pic. I sketched it in. I labeled the images so I could orient the panels correctly on my BB-8 Project, so thanks for the initial illustrations. There is on line shot or Poe with BB8 and it featured the extra element. FYI.

I'm sure this is a possible outcome, like when 2 9v batteries get stuck together. But the coil acts as resistance, doing the work before returning to the batteries. What are the chances of them shorting out in this setup? Would there be a better way to keep that from happening?
