Introduction: Bread Chocolate Melted

Who doesn't like chocolate? Especially until the chocolate melts.

Yeaayy, this weekend we will make melted chocolate bread with little NayAzka.

With the ingredients in the kitchen, we will turn it into a delicious and hygienic snack. Time to cook and bake.

Step 1: Prepa

Yuhuuu in the cold weather like this, it's very nice to relax with your favorite melted food.

Moreover, these times will determine how we are going forward.

By utilizing existing materials at home, let's make it together. Have fun baking


Ingredients

  • Wheat flour 1kg
  • Instant dry yeas 5gr
  • Bakerine plus 5gr
  • Evaporasi milk 500gr
  • 3 Eggyolk
  • Salt 3pcs
  • Butter margarine 130gr

Step 2: Step 2 Mix

  • Mix white flour, bakerine plus, salt, white sugar, evaporated milk 500gr into a container.
  • And then stir quickly.
  • After that, enter the butter margarine and 3 eggyolk into a container
  • Stir until well blended

Step 3: Proofing

After that, the dough is stored by container or closed using wrapping plastic for 30 minutes untill 1 hour.

Step 4: Bread Mold

Yuhuuu after the dough is proofed, then we will mold the dough into the desired shape.

I'm here to mold 2 doughs, round bread with dark chocolate filling and a donut shape. The dough is weigh 40gr then filled with dark chocolate, then shaped until it is perfect as you wish.

Step 5: Finish

Yeayyy after the dough is molded, then proofing it again for 30 minutes or as desired. Then fry in hot oil over low heat so that they are evenly cooked.

Serve hot, enjoy melted chocolate blended with soft bread.
