Introduction: Brownie Ice Cream Cake
Ice Cream cake is one of the most attractive cake ever. Here i have made the ice cream cake with a twist. The process of making these ice cream cake is so simple and tempting.
In this recipe i have made brownie cake but you can use whatever cake you like. Even you can use the store bought cake.
The cake tastes so yummy. It has a perfect creamy texture. Ice cream cake will be best one for the dessert. Everyone will love it and enjoy it.
Step 1: Supplies
Image 1 : For Ice Cream
Whipping cream or Heavy cream - 1 cup
Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
Image 2 : For Brownie
Dark or milk chocolate - 1/4 cup
Butter - 1/4 cup
All purpose flour - 3/4 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder - 1/8 CUP
Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Baking soda - 1/8 teaspoon
Vanilla essence - 1/2 teaspoon
Milk - 1/2 cup
For Decoration
Chocolate syrup
Candies or sprinkles
Step 2: Melting the Chocolate (Double Boiler Method)
Image 1: Take a bowl of water and boil it.
Image 2: Once the water starts boiling place a bowl over.
Image 3: Add the chocolate and butter. Melt it in a low flame.
Image 4: Melt the chocolate and keep it aside.
Step 3: Mixing the Ingredients
Image 1 :Take a mixing bowl and add the melted chocolate.
Image 2: Sieve and add the all purpose flour, Powdered sugar, Cocoa powder, Baking powder and baking soda.
Image 3 :Add the milk gradually and mix it well.
Image 4: Add the vanilla essence.
Image 5: Mix the cake batter well without any lumps for a smooth and thick consistency.
Step 4: Baking Time
Image 1: Grease the cake mold with some butter and dust with the flour.
Image 2: Add the cake batter, tap well and spread evenly. Add some chocolate chunks at the top.
Preheat the over for 180 degree and bake for 35 - 40 minutes at 180 degree.
Once the cake is baked let it cool completely.
Step 5: Preparing Ice Cream
Image 1: Add the whipping cream to a chilled bowl and start beating the cream using a electric blender or hand blender foe 5 - 7 minutes.
Image 2: Stop beating when it reached soft peak consistency.
Image 3: Now add the condensed milk and start beating the cream again.
Image 4: Once the cream gets stiff peak consistency add the vanilla essence. (You can use whatever flavor you like)
Image 5: Beat it for another 5 minutes. Our creamy Ice cream is ready.
Step 6: Preparing the Cake
Image 1: Take a bowl and cover it with cling wrap.
Image 2: Crumble the brownie cake and add some chocolate syrup for binding.
Image 3: Make a crust using the cake in the bowl.
Image 4 : Fill the cake crust with the Ice cream mixture.
Image 5 : Cover it with the cling wrap and freeze it for over night.
Image 6: In case you have some left over Ice cream drizzle it with some chocolate syrup and freeze it overnight.
Step 7: Decorating
Image 1: After freezing overnight flip the bowl and take the cake out. Remove the wrap.
Image 2: Decorate with the chocolate syrup and candies.
