Bubble Nail Art

A cute rainbow bubble nail design for summer or spring!

Step 1: Base Coat

Apply base coat to protect your nails. This also helps your manicure stay on longer.

Step 2: Base Color

Apply a light color for your bubbles to go on top of. I used white but you can you can use pastel colors or other light shades.

Step 3: Matte

Apply a matte topcoat on any nails that you DONT want bubbles on.
This step is optional, but I thought it looked cool with the matte top coat.
Leave the nails without topcoat alone to "dry" while you make the bubble "mixture".
In the picture, I put matte topcoat on my index, middle, and pinky finger.

Step 4: "Bubble Mixture"

On a sheet of foil or parchment paper, put 1-2 drops of nail polish and add 2-4 drops of nail polish thinner. We need the polish to be very thin, but do not put the thinner in the bottle of polish.

Step 5: Apply

Put a dot of the "mixture" on to your nail and use a q-tip to soak it back up, it will leave a circle of color that looks like a bubble.

Step 6: Repeat

Repeat for each color that you want to do and then add a matte top coat. And you're done:)
