Buckyball Pentagon Suspension.

This is the Finished Project. Usually the buckyballs do not stay up but with both sides pulling towards each other, they create suspension witch makes them look like they are staying up buy themself.

Step 1: Step 1

Make a loop of 6 buckyballs.

Step 2: Step 2

Wrap the chain of buckyballs around the loop to where you start. If you want it bigger, you can wrap it around again and again.

Step 3: Step 3

Wrap the chain around the loop of 6 five times.

Step 4: Step 4

Go back to the loop of 6 buckyballs that you started with and unwind it 3 times or enough to have a good amount of suspension.

Step 5: Step 5

Start another loop of 6 and do the exact same.

Step 6: Step 6

Connect the 2 pentagons so they are lined up but NOT interlocked.

Step 7: Step 7

Put buckyballs on each side but space so they can suspend. The bigger the cooler! Hope you guys like and post comments below about what you thought. This is my first post. :)
