Step 1: Materials

Sham Wow! (from Ebay)

Velcro ties (from Home Depot)

Step 2: Cut and Place and Use

Cut to size.

Mine are 7" by 1 1/2".

Place velcro tie on cloth and press down with fingers.

Wrap around the neck of your bottle.

Use

Rinse and dry before next use.
