Directions for how to make chocolate scented playdough. Quick and easy. It takes less than 20 minutes to make a half pound ball of playdough. It smells but don't eat it!

Step 1: Gather Ingredidents

You will need:
Flour 1 1/4 cup
Cocoa Powder 1/2 cup
Salt 1/2 cup
Cream of Tarter 1/2 tablespoon
Cooking Oil 1 1/2 tablespoon
Boiling Water 1 cup
Large pot
wooden spoon
mixing bowl (optional)

Step 2: Mix All Dry Ingredients

In a mixing bowl combine dry ingredients. You could also combine ingredients directly in the large pot.

Step 3: Boil the Water

Boil the water in a seperate pot. Put more than a cup in because you will lose some to evaporation. You'll need a full cup of boiling water for the recipe.

Step 4: Add Water and Oil

Add the boiled water and oil to the pot of dry ingredients. Turn stove to low heat while stirring quickly. Once it is the consistency of mashed potatoes take the dough out of the pot and knead it until soft and smooth on the countertop.

Step 5: Have Fun With It!

Let the dough cool before placing it in a container. Have fun. And remember, just because it smells like chocolate doesn't mean it tastes like chocolate so don't eat it!
