Introduction: Corona Virus Face Touch Monitor

Considering the current state of COVID-19, many people know that touching your face is one of the main ways of catching the virus. It is very hard to just remember not to touch your face. That is why I have made my (extremely) simple invention.

Supplies

-one rubber band of any size (it has to fit around your wrist comfortably)

Step 1: Rubber Band

Put the rubber band around your wrist, like so.

Step 2: Touching Your Face

Whenever you feel yourself touch your face pull back on the rubber band and have it hit your wrist. Pull back enough that it does not leave a mark, but it should still sting. The constant minor pain will teach yourself to hold back.
