Introduction: DIY Easy Shelves | Industrial

A very easy construction that can be made with a few and cheap materials. You can adapt it to whatever dimension you need, also you can paint the shelves and legs as you wish for a more personal result and a piece of furniture that fits your space!

Step 1: Shelves

I bought three wood boards in the dimensions I needed, and with the help of a drill I made four (13mm) holes in the corners of every board. In this step you can paint the shelves or you can leave them the way they are, it's clearly up to you.

Step 2: The Legs

To support the shelves I use:

x4 Threaded Rods (1m length)
x24 M12 Hexagon Nuts
x24 M12 Washers
x4 Long Hexagon Nuts

All the above I painted with copper metallic spray paint, You can leave them with their original color or paint whatever you want.

Step 3: Assembly

What we have left is to assemble them all together. It's pretty easy because all we do is to put the threaded rods in the holes of every corner on the wooden board and secure them with a washer and a nut at the top and bottom. And for the end, we're just screwing the long hexagon nuts at the bottom of the legs, so to be able to regulate the level of the furniture.
