Homemade Baked Donuts

Ingredients: • 1 1/3 cup all purpose flour, sifted • 2 teaspoons baking powder • 1/4 teaspoon salt • 1 large egg • 1/2 cup granulated sugar • 3/4 cup whole milk • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Mirror Icing -(8) Ounces White Chocolate - (1) Cup Sugar - (1/2) Cup Cold Water - (1/4) Cup Water -(1/2) Cup Light Corn Syrup - (1/2) Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk - (5) Teaspoons Powdered Gelatin - Food Coloring
