DIY NYE Dress

Step 1: What You Will Need

You will need two yards or more of your base fabric

1/4 or more yards of mesh

pattern paper

fabric / paper scissors

writing instruments

tape

measuring tape

1/4" - 3/8" elastic

beads / gems / fabric glue (optional)
