Introduction: Delicious Honey Chicken

Need a quick healthy meal? Then this is the place for you! This honey chicken recipe is my all time favorite. It's crazy fast and very simple and it is always loved by everyone who eats it. It tastes fabulous on rice, salad, or just by itself. The best part is that you can adjust the recipe to what you like.

Supplies

8 boneless chicken breasts

2 teaspoons of vegetable oil

Glaze:

1/3 cup of honey

1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

Rub:

4 teaspoons of granulated garlic

2 teaspoons of chili powder

1/2 teaspoon of onion powder

1/2 teaspoon of coriander

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of cumin

Step 1: Step 1: Combine Rub in a Medium Size Bowl

Mix everything together and then place to the side.

Step 2: Step 2: Chicken

Cut the fat off of the chicken, and then drizzle the oil over the chicken. Then coat the chicken in the rub that you set aside after Step 1.

Step 3: Step 3: Cook

Place the chicken in an oiled pan and cook each side for 5ish min.

Step 4: Step 4: Cut the Chicken Into Bite Size Pieces (optional)

I prefer to cut the chicken so that it is easy to eat with salad. I also have found that if you cut it then it will absorb the glaze better.

Step 5: Step 5: Glaze

Mix the glaze in a measuring cup. Then drizzle half the glaze over the chicken. Let the chicken absorb all the glaze.

Step 6: Step 5: Finish Cooking

Remove the chicken from the heat once it is fully cooked. Then drizzle the remaining glaze over the chicken and let it simmer.

Step 7: Step 7: Finish It All Off

I love to make a salad and top it with the chicken. Sometimes I will grill some potatoes for the side too.
