Introduction: Easy DIY Antique Bottle Out of Waste Glass Bottle
All of us have so many empty bottles lying around at home- wine bottles and other glass bottles that carry vinegar, tomato sauce, etc.
Have you have ever thought how you can create wonderful objects of art from these bottles you consider useless and get accolades for the same?
Here I am showing you best out of waste craft you can create from the bottles you once thought useless.
Step 1: Materials U Need..
You need.
a bottle
paper tape
jute rope or woolen yarn
blue acrylic color
golden color
brush
glue gun
beads, stone stickers, POP/ clay faces and other small designs, metal chain etc
Note: faces and such small designs can be made using pop paste or clay set in silicone mooulds and then dried up
Step 2: Preparing the Base..
1. start by sticking paper tape to give a textured look to bottle,, then
2. coil a rope or woolen yarn around the neck of bottle
3. start pasting clay designs and make curved lines using glue gun.
let it dry
Step 3: Final Touches..
paint them using blue and black color mixed with metallic copper color,, upon drying add antique effect using antique metallic colors applied by old sock.. and finally embellish using chain, stone stickers etc..

BEAUTIFUL!!! This is just the thing I've been looking for. I found a guy who teaches a workshop on texturing bottles, but he hasn't done a tutorial in a couple of years, *and* he charges around $160 for it. YIKES!
