Introduction: Easy Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside; these are the best vegan peanut butter chocolate chip cookies... They’re so easy! With no fancy equipment required and no weird ingredientes, all things you find commonly at your pantry. Plus they're done in less than 15min!



  • 40g creamy peanut butter
  • 60g white sugar
  • 30g dark brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vainilla extract
  • 4 tsp water
  • 120g all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 65g vegan chocolate chips


  • Kitchen scale
  • Bowl
  • Spatula
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Measuring spoons

Step 1: Preparation

Gather all your baking ingredients and tools

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and prepare baking sheet with parchment paper

Step 2: Make the Cookie Dough

In a clean bowl, mix together the sugars and the peanut butter. (Images 1 and 2)

Add the vanilla extract, water, flour and baking powder. Mix with the spatula until evenly combined. (Images 3 and 4)

Combine in the chocolate chips. (Images 5 and 6)

Step 3: Assemble the Cookies

With the help of a tablespoon make 17 cookies and put them in your prepared baking sheet, about 1.5 inches apart. (Images 1 and 2)

Smash them forming a 2 inch cookie. (Image 3)

Step 4: Bake the Cookies!

Bake for 5-10 min, until slightly golden (the more you bake, more crisp they’ll get; less baking, more chewy)

Remove the cookies from the baking sheet and let them cool in a wire rack

Step 5: If You’re Feeling Fancy...

Drizzle more peanut butter on top and add a little salt to enhance the peanut flavor.

Step 6: Storage

If you can resist eating them all at once, you can store them in an airtight container
