Introduction: Flatbread Cheese


- 4 cups flour

- 2 tbsp yeast

- 1 tbsp sugar

- dash of salt

- 5 tbsp dried milk powder

- cup lukewarm water

- cup olive oil

Step 1: Directions

1.) Put all dry ingredients, make a hole and pour yeast in it. Then put water in it, let it rise.

2.) Mix in the mixer until all ingredients are incorporated. Cover up, let rise for 2 hours.

3.) Make dough into balls. Put all desired toppings.

4.) Bake until golden from the bottom, once golden put oven on broil.

5.) Slice, enjoy!
