Introduction: Ginger Garlic Soup
Their is nothing better than having a bowl of warm Soup during a cold day. Having a light meal of Soup, which is high in nutritional value on a sick day makes you feel better instantly.
Ginger and Garlic have numerous health benefits and they boost our immune system.They help in releiving Soar throat, cold and cough.
Here I prepared ginger garlic soup. You can add your favourite veggies along with ginger and garlic to increase its nutrition value.
Supplies
- one inch Ginger
- 6 Garlic cloves
- One finely chopped Carrot
- Few Chopped beans
- One TSP pepper powder
- Salt as per taste
- Few chopped coriander leaves
- Little butter or ghee
- One tablespoon Corn flour
- 600Ml water
Step 1: Crush Ginger and Garlic
Take mortar pestle and crush one inch ginger and 6 to 7 garlic cloves .
Step 2: Add Butter and Crushed Ginger Garlic
Now take a vessel and add little butter or ghee. When it's heated add crushed ginger and garlic. Saute until their is no raw smell of ginger.
Step 3: Add Chopped Carrot and Beans
Next add finely chopped carrot and beans. Saute for few minutes.
Step 4: Add Water
Add about 600 ml water.
Step 5: Make Corn Flour Paste
Take about tablespoon cornflour. Add little water and make corn flour paste.
Step 6: Add Pepper Powder and Salt
Next add pepper powder and salt as per your taste
Step 7: Add Cornflour Paste
Add the prepared cornflour paste and give a mix.
Step 8: Garnish With Coriander Leaves
Finally garnish with coriander leaves and serve the soup hot.
