Introduction: Glitter Globe

A very simple and fun craft to do with kids.

Supplies

- One medium-sized Mason jar.

- Multiple different colored food dyes.

- Multiple different types of glitter.

- About half a container of clear glue.

Step 1: Gather Supplies!

Once you have all of your supplies, decide what colors you want to use for the dyes and glitter.

Some suggestions are; dark green water, with gold glitter, blue water with white glitter, and mustard color with silver and blue glitter.

Step 2: Add Your Glitter!

Take your chosen glitter colors, and fill the jar with as much glitter you want. Normally, I fill mine about 1/3 of an inch, but this can be changed as you experiment.

Step 3: Add Water!

Now, fill your jar to 3/4 full.

Step 4: Add Color!

After that, add your desired colors into your jar, and watch the colors float down. Then, shake up the jar, combining the colors.

Step 5: Add Glue!

Now, fill up the rest of the jar with glue, but remember that the more glue you add, the slower it floats down.

Step 6: Finished!

Once you are satisfied with your creation, put on the lid, and screw on tight. Now, you are done! Shake to combine everything, then watch the glitter float down!
