How to make Harley Quinn boots
What you need
1. Red or black ankle boots, you can find them on eBay.
2. Red or black spray paint
3. Duck tape
How to!
1. Right what I've done is I got red ankle boots, so I've duck tape the parts of the shoe that I don't want spray paint on.
2. Now get your spray paint, spray parts on the shoe.
3. After dry, go over again, just to make sure you got the whole boot.
4. After the boot is dry and looks perfect, you've a good pair of Harley boots.
