Heart Chocolate

i had always a question how chocolate shops and patisseries have those printed chocolate chips?

after a visit to cake supplies shop i found the answer and her i will tell you the secret.

it is simply made by:

• a mold with prints on it made from food colors, ready at any cake supplies store
• baking chocolate
• small pinch of any instant coffee and/or vanilla to make its taste stronger

Step 1: Prepare Your Mix

in a microwave safe bowel add chocolate cubes with the instant coffee and vanilla.

if your chocolate is not sweetened add some sugar.

put it in the microwave for 1 minute.

Step 2: Add Chocolate

prepare your mold and start applying melted chocolate on it fast before it get cold and firm again

Step 3: Finalizing

with any straight tool gently wipe the surface to be in the line with the mold

leave it to cool at room temperature or you can make it cool faster in the fridge

Step 4: Show Time

now just pick your chips out of the mold and "Ta da" now you have beautiful printed chocolate chips with amazing coffee taste
