High Power Paper Shooting Pen Rifle

In this Instructable i will show you how to make a super powerful pen gun with a 3d printed muzzle break that shoots little paper balls at super high speed. Its super simple and you only need a few things. lets get started!!

Step 1: Materals

1. paper

2. pens (i use BIC round sticks) this does not matter as long as you can turn it into a hallow tube.

3. tape (any really)

4. 3d printer

5. paper

6. possibly drill and bits

Step 2: Readying the Pens!

This is probably the hardest pert but all you have to do is remove the front and the back plug for all the pens you so choose to use. I used 2 then upgraded to 3 later on. How many you use is up to you.

Step 3: Taping Them Together

Cut yourself a piece of tape 2-3 inches long and try to get the pens as lined up as possible then wrap the tape around the pens to secure them together.

Step 4: Print Your Parts

The attached file is the printable muzzle break. settings don't matter i used 10%infill with supports but this is also up to you.

Step 5: Installing the Muzzle Break

this is pretty self explanatory all you do is put the printed part on the end of the pen. If the hole is too small drill it out to fit snug. If its to big add some tape around the pen to make it snug.

Step 6: Finished!!
