No, this isn't the kind that birds go and sit on and lay eggs in, it's the kind you eat! In this instructable I will show you how to make a simple yet delicious breakfast (or breakfast for dinner).

Step 1: Ingredients/tools

You will need:
Bacon (optional)
Butter (optional)
Cooking spray (recommended)
A cup with a rim smaller than the bread
A spatula
A pot and a stove
A knife (for butter)
A plate

Step 2: Putting Holes in the Bread

This can vary in difficulty but usually is pretty simple. All you need to do is press down on the cup in the place you want to make the hole. The rim should be down when you do this. I strongly recommend giving the cup a twist while applying pressure to give it a little extra something to make it easier to pull apart. If you are having trouble getting it to pop out, you can put the cup back on and push again, or try flipping it and pushing.

Step 3: Cooking the Eggs

This is the part most people are familiar with and have done before. You just need to cook the egg so that all the clear becomes white. Once one side is cooked enough, flip it and cook the other. Make sure if you are using cooking spray or butter that you use it before you put it down.
I think it is much better to enjoy the egg if the yolk isn't popped but it's a personal preference, so do what ever you like. It is good for dipping the leftover holes from the bread.

Step 4: Toasting the Holes

Here comes probably the easiest part of cooking this. The holes.
All you have to do is put some butter or cooking spray on the bread and let it toast. It doesn't have to be perfect, just as long as you are content eating whatever you cook.

Step 5: Enjoy!

Enjoy your delicious meal! I think this goes well with some bacon, but it is great just by itself. I always save the holes for the end so I can scrape the yolk up with it.

Something I did when I cooked mine was I cooked the bacon then rubbed the bread around in the grease to give it a little extra flavor. I didn't taste anything more but it might have had more flavor with bacon that wasn't precooked.
