Today we are going to see how simple and easy is to make meringue frosting icing!!

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup of water
  2. 1 cup of sugar
  3. 1tsp of vanilla extract
  4. 1tsp of vinegar or lemon juice
  5. candy thermometer or one that can read 250 degrees f
  6. 3 Egg Whites
