Step 1: I Build a Box, Emergency Case, Health Kit

A step by step guide for a health kit.
I used the following tools and materials.

4 strips a .... 5mm * 5mm in width and the length is 900 mm Craft knife Pattex wood glue 6 or 7 A3 plates 2.5mm x 12mm screws and a large screw for pre-turning the hole Sandpaper (for all strips and panels) angle

1. Cut an A3 plate in half. I cut through the plate with a craft knife. Then I drew a border (this border should be the width for the thickness of the A3 plate that should rest there) I have attached the strips to it.

If something is glued, waiting time should be taken into account until the glued area has dried.

2. The plate can be sanded down.

3. Determine the dimensions of the strips with the ruler.

4. The horizontal and vertical strip parts must be sawn to the correct length from a wooden strip. To you measure the length.

5. The finished strips are now processed with sandpaper so that it is smoothed and you do not feel can hurt.

6. Now glue the finished strips to the board with wood glue

Please make 2 panels with the same steps.

7. Lay out an A3 board and place the 2 finished boards on top of it (with the strips glued on) lengthways glue. I got from the panels with the glued strips, the strips on the line got glued, so the thickness of the plates have hit each other.

8. When the glue is dry, the panels can be attached with 3 screws each.

9. The space between the top and bottom plate. 4 strips are made for this.

10. These strips are sanded down and glued, glued into the free spaces on the right and left, connecting the corners.

Now the dimensions of the 2 side plates are determined by measuring the free area with a ruler.

11. Brackets are attached in the 4 existing corners. First pre-drill with a large screw and then the angle fasten the small screws in the previously machined hole.

12. Now it is the turn of the lid. Take an A3 plate and measure the dimensions of the plate and for each underside of the 4th Cut a strip on the sides so that no strip protrudes over the plate.

13. Sand down the strips and then glue them on.
