material

blocks ,fan , wheels , streering wheel, light and license plate

Step 1:

Select and gather the material you will need.

connect the wheel .

Step 2:

connect the blocks .

Step 3:

connect it as well.

Step 4:

put it on correct places.

Step 5:

Finally, put the police man in his seat , then you are done.
