Advice:

Hardware: 20mm lock x2, 25mm roller buckle x3, 25mm square buckle x2, 9mm x 4mm Chicago screw x5, 30cm No.5 zipper x1, No.5 slider x1

Leather: We advice 2.0mm (5oz) leather, size 90cm x 46cm.

1.0mm (2.5oz) leather, 60cm x 1.2cm.

Step 1: Step 1: Punch Stitching Lines First, Then Install Female Buckle on Front Pouch Leather As Pattern Shows, Then Fold Front Pouch As Picture Shows, Glue It With Main Body Front Piece. Here Please Don't Sew, We Will Sew Later.

Step 2: Sew 2 Pieces of Gusset Together As a Whole Piece, and Then Glue Gusset, Main Body Front Piece and Welt Leather Together, Please Look at the Picture Carefully. You Can See, I Fold the Welt in Middle.

Step 3: Step 3: Sew Them Together.

Step 4: Converse the Gusset, You Will Get a Nice Looking Welt.

Step 5: Sew Flap With Back Piece, Then Glue Back Pouch on Edge, You Should Notice That the Top Stitching Line of the Back Pouch Is Just for Decoration.

Step 6: Now We Sew Hanger With D Rings on Gusset.

Step 7: We Combine Them Together and Sew.

Step 8: Sew Straps on Flap.

Step 9: Now We Install Male Lock On.
