Introduction: Bicycle Round Spoke Wrench
Easy way to make MTB round spoke range.
Step 1: Materials
1. first of all you need to wear PPE
2. Old bottom bracket adjustable cup or fixed cup, or you can used any metal pipe.
3. Angle Grinder
4. Metal Cutting Disc smaller than the spoke size of 0.127 inch (3.23 mm)
Step 2: Making the Groove
Cut a small part on the adjustable cup, be sure that you cut it evenly and not bigger than the size of spoke nut so it will fit tightly on the nut.
Step 3: Groove Fitting
After cutting, try to fit it on the nut, if the groove is smaller grind it again until it will fit perfectly, you need to monitor your disc grinding not to eat the groove bigger.
Step 4: Done
After you perfectly cut the groove, you need to cut also the other side of the crown to fit the spoke so that you can turn it evenly. by the way to remove the nut turn it counter clockwise, and clockwise to tighten.
