Introduction: Mixed Beans

Enjoy the mixed beans with homemade tortilla and chutney.

Step 1: Ingredients

  1. Mixed Beans- 1 cup
  2. Onions- 1
  3. Salt- to taste
  4. Red Chili Powder
  5. Grinded Coriander Powder
  6. Dried Mango Powder
  7. Tumeric
  8. Cilantro

Step 2: Boil the Beans

1. Soak the beans overnight

2. Drain the water

3. Boil in cooker

Step 3: Fry the Onions

1. Fry the onions

2. Add tomato puree

3. Boil it/ let it simmer

4. Add all the spices and the beans

5. Let it simmer again for about 10 min

Step 4: Mixed Cooked Beans

The beans are now cooked.
