These amazing and technical products, their secrets lie in this mat. Today let's make a pressure pads by ourselves.

Step 2: Preparing

Materials preparing: Copper foil tape, lines, non-conductive fabric, uno board, 16-bit expansion module, pressure-sensing film.

Tools preparing: scissors, soldering iron, glues, multimeter, etc,.

Step 3: Starting Making

Cut the foil by about 30 cm and a length of about 1.5 cm wide, with a copper foil attached to each interval of 0.5 cm, and the two fabrics are patched in a cross-overlay. Both fabrics are affixed to form a matrix.

Step 4: Welding

Using electric iron, the coated copper foil is welded in a row order to the line, with a total of 16 welded pins. The connection of the circuit is completed according to the circuit diagram.

Step 5: Testing

Weld electronic components onto the cave board and line up with a 1.8k resistance. Clamp the pressure-sensing film between the copper foil matrix and secure it.

Step 6: Display

Burn program, test the line.

Program code writing.

Draw the pcb board to further reduce the volume.

Wire, connect the lines sequentially to the pcb board.

In this way, the black technology sense of the pressure sensor mat is completed, hasten to start experiencing, in every place on the mat, the size of the force will be displayed on the screen through the image.
