This is a super fun project that combines butterflies and hearts to make an amazing work of art!

Supplies

• Colored Paper of Your Choice
• A Hot Glue Gun
• A Pencil
• A Blank Canvas
• A Scissors

Step 1: The Paper Butterflies

Using the multicolored paper cut out as many paper butterflies as you will need depending on the size of your canvas. I used about two-hundred 2" by 2" butterflies.

Step 2: The Canvas

Lightly draw a heart outline on your canvas using the pencil.

Step 3: Gluing the Butterflies Onto the Canvas

Begin to fill in the heart outline by gluing butterflies onto it with the hot glue gun. If you need to, erase the outline as you go. When you get to the top left corner, start gluing the butterflies farther and farther apart. Add a few butterflies to the bottom right corner of the canvas.
