Peanut Butter & Chocolate Squares

Peanut butter and chocolate always make a good combo. And with coconut on top? HEAVEN ;)

Step 1: Method

Bottom Layer

3/4 c icing sugar

1/2 c margarine/butter melted

1/2 c creamy peanut butter

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs (sometimes I use bread crumbs and it would work as well, but of course taste would be slightly different ;-)

Chocolate Layer

1/2 c choc chips

1/4 c peanut butter

Unsweetened coconut

Mix icing sugar, peanut butter, crumbs, melted butter and vanilla essence until well combined then pat evenly on a rectangular mold that has been lined with aluminum foil

Melt chocolate chips with peanut butter either on double boiler or microwave at 30 secs intervals, mixed well then pour mixture on top bottom layer

Sprinkle coconut generously on top of chocolate layer and let set in fridge for an hour

Slice into squares and enjoy :)
