Introduction: Pineapple Margarita
Don't buy margarita mix. It's full of unnecessary sugar, chemicals, and who knows what else.
A healthier, tastier, and just as easy option is here.

Step 1: Frozen Pineapple and a Good Tequila
All you need is frozen pineapple chunks and a good tequila. If this is too simple and not challenging enough for you, you can get a fresh pineapple which will require lots of cutting and slicing.
You will also need a good blender.

Step 2: Sugar on the Rim (optional)
This step is optional but looks and tastes great. Wet the rim, usually with a lime wedge, and then dip in sugar. *
*do not dip into your bag or jar of sugar it will clump. What I did was put it on a plate. You can then throw out the clumpy sugar or add it to your margarita for a little more sweetness.

Step 3: Blend Everything
Put pineapple chunks into a blender. Vitamix rocks! Pour tequila over the pineapple chunks. Using a jigger or shot glass put in two to four shots, depending on your preference.
Step 4: Blend
It's that simple.
Step 5: Pour Into Your Sugar Rimmed Glass
Enjoy. Outside. By a pool or at a beach.
