Fall is almost here and that means, pumpkin season! But these squares are great that you don't have to wait until fall is officially here to make them!

Step 1: Ingredients and Method

14 oz pumpkin puree

1 3/4 c sugar

1/2 c oil

3 eggs

1 3/4 c flour

2 tsp BP

1 tsp BSoda

125 g cream cheese, room temperature (softened)

With electric mixer, combine pumpkin, 1 1/2 c sugar, oil, 2 eggs, until well blended.

With electric mixer, combine cream cheese, remaining sugar, and the last egg, until well blended.

Combine dry ingredients and add into pumpkin mixture, stir well. Pour into prepared pan (greased and floured), spread evenly.

Top with cream cheese mixture, and run knife/skewer around to create a marble effect.

Bake at preheated 350 F for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let cool at room temperature before slicing.

Step 2: Enjoy~
